Courtney Flynn

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Courtney is the Chief Financial Officer of MCJ.  In this role, she is responsible for MCJ’s financial and accounting operations, including financial reporting, fund administration, portfolio monitoring, capital management, and firm operations.

Prior to joining MCJ in 2024, Courtney was the VP of Finance & Controller at Pacific Lake Partners, where she managed the finance function for funds with more than $1.6B in AUM.  Before Pacific Lake, Courtney was with Leerink Capital Partners, IPS Fund Services, and EY.  Courtney is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Based in Massachusetts, Courtney spends her free time reading, walking her dog Maggie, trying out new recipes, and spending time with family and friends.  She is the founder of her book club and an avid fan of both Tom Brady and Taylor Swift.
